We are building a nationwide multicenter Stroke Preclinical Intervention Trial (SPRINT) platform to address the reproducibility crisis in preclinical stroke research. We seek to build a collaborative infrastructure among leading German stroke research centers that capitalizes on decades of experience in translational stroke research. In the process, we will ultimately elevate Germany to be a preclinical trial hub.
